Increased volume and definition Lip fillers add fullness to naturally thin lips or restore volume lost due to aging, creating a plumper and more defined appearance.
Improved symmetry The procedure can correct asymmetry issues by evening out disproportionate upper and lower lips, leading to a more balanced facial aesthetic.
Smoothing of fine lines and wrinkles Fillers can reduce the appearance of vertical lip lines (“smoker’s lines”) and other fine lines around the mouth, contributing to a more youthful look.
Enhanced hydration and texture Most fillers contain hyaluronic acid, which attracts and retains moisture, resulting in smoother, softer, and more hydrated lips.
Customizable and natural-looking results The amount and placement of filler can be precisely controlled, allowing for tailored results that can be subtle or dramatic, based on personal preference and facial structure.
Temporary and reversible nature Results typically last between 6 to 18 months, which is ideal for those who want to experiment with their look without a permanent commitment. If a patient is unhappy with the results, the HA filler can be dissolved with an enzyme (hyaluronidase).
